Mary Debora Lane

Mary D. Lane is a managing director of Wilshire Pacific Capital Advisors LLC in Beverly Hills, Calif., and is FINRA licensed as an investment banker. She is also a business bankruptcy lawyer who has de- voted the major portion of her legal practice to health care. Ms. Lane's practice as an investment banker flows from her experience as a business bankruptcy lawyer specialized in health care. She has sold and bought hospitals, SNFs and ambulatory surgery centers, as well as medical device companies, often         procuring needed bridge or exit financing. Ms. Lane is a member of the California Bar and has spoken extensively in person and on national webcasts. She received her B.A. magna cum laude and phi beta kappa from Barnard College, Columbia University and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she was an articles editor of the UCLA Law Review and in the top 5 percent of her class.
