<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Marshall Glade, CPA</strong> is a managing director at B. Riley Advisory Services in Atlanta and has 20 years of experience advising clients ranging from small startups to Fortune 500. He specializes in corporate finance and restructuring, offering an expertise in valuations, forensic accounting investigations and litigation support. Mr. Glade has served in numerous fiduciary roles, including receiver and liquidating trustee, and has held interim management positions such as CRO and CFO. His experience encompasses guiding companies through out-of-court restructurings, formal bankruptcy proceedings, complex valuations, pre-acquisition due diligence and formal sales processes.
