Mark Gendler

Mark Gendler is director of Loan Agency Business Development at SRS Acquiom in Miami and is responsible for the acquisition of new clients. He works closely with borrowers, lenders and law firms to identify loan opportunities where the company may provide its Loan Agency services. Previously, Mr. Gendler was a vice president of Corporate Trust Sales at Deutsche Bank, where he was responsible for business development in the M&A escrow, loan agency and project finance space. Before that, he spent a combined 12 years in the depositary receipts business with BNY Mellon and Deutsche Bank as a transaction manager, focusing on complex M&A and reorganizations for foreign private issuers. In that capacity, he played a significant role in opening foreign markets to international investment utilizing the depository receipts equity structure. Mr. Gendler received his B.S. in finance from the PennsylvaniaState University Smeal College of Business.
