Mark D. Hildreth

Mark D. Hildreth is a partner in the Sarasota, Fla., office of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP and practices in the areas of business bankruptcy, creditors' rights, foreclosure, workouts, assignments for the benefit of creditors and business litigation. He has been Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification since 1992. Mr. Hildreth's clients include banks and other financial institutions, leasing companies, receivers, commercial landlords, real estate entities, and sure- ties involved in bankruptcy cases and nonbankruptcy litigation. He has chaired statewide bankruptcy practice seminars for the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar and has recently served on various subcommittees studying revisions to Florida's Uniform Fraudulent Transfers Act and its Proceedings Supplementary Statute. Mr. Hildreth received his B.A. in 1981 from Florida State University and his  J.D. in 1984 from the Florida State University College of Law.
