Lisa Lenderman

Lisa Lenderman is deputy general counsel at MidCap Financial in Bethesda, Md. She specializes in asset-based lending, leveraged finance and mezzanine funding. Previously, Ms. Lenderman was senior counsel with CapitalSource, counsel with Merrill Lynch Capital and counsel to GE Capital Healthcare Financial Services. She received her B.S. in finance and financial management services from the Univer- sity of Maryland at College Park in 1993 and her J.D. from the University of Baltimore in 1996.
