Lee Keith

Lee R. Keith is president of banking services for Neocova, a bank technology company based in St.Louis. For nearly 40 years, he has worked on challenging banking issues in Missouri, Illinois, Texas andFlorida. With the exception of one year as president and COO of a wholesale pharmaceutical distribution company, he has spent his entire career in the banking industry. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Keith’s experience has included the areas of strategic planning, capital-raising, asset management, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with state and federal banking requirements. He began his banking career with the Dickinson Financial Corp. From 2017-19, Mr. Keith served as the Commissioner of Finance for the state of Missouri, where he oversaw state chartered banks and mortgage companies. He has spoken on leadership and ethics at the School of Finance and Economics in Southern China, and he has been a guest lecturer for several organizations and nonprofits, with opportunities to speak in Egypt, Turkey,Bahrain, Jordan, Nigeria, Japan and India. Mr. Keith received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia in 1976.
