Lauren C. Doyle
Lauren C. Doyle is a partner with Milbank LLP in New York and a member of the firm’s Financial Restructuring Group. She regularly represents companies, creditors’ committees, lenders and other strategic parties in chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings in the U.S. and globally. Ms. Doyle has experience representing clients across the capital structure, negotiating restructuring plans, sales, DIP financings, exit financings and cross-border transactions. Her engagements have ranged across a wide array of industries, including energy, telecom, satellite, shipping, chemicals, paper, aviation, financial services, automotive, consumer goods and retail. Ms. Doyle is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Bankruptcy and Corporate Reorganization Committee, and she has been recognized by LegalMedia Group’s 2022 Expert Guides as one of the Top Women in Business Law in the area of Restructuring & Insolvency, has been featured on Benchmark Litigation’s “40 under 40 Hot List” for the last three years, and was shortlisted for Euromoney’s Women in Business Law Awards for “Best in Restructuring& Insolvency.” In 2019, she was named an Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer by Turnarounds& Workouts. Ms. Doyle received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and her J.D. from StanfordUniversity.
