Kristy N. Waterman

Kristy N. Waterman is senior vice president and general counsel for Dean Foods in Dallas, where her responsibilities include providing legal counsel to the company on matters of corporate development and strategy, corporate governance, securities regulation, public company disclosure and securities law compliance. Prior to joining Dean Foods, she was in private practice in the Dallas office of Norton RoseFulbright. Ms. Waterman is a member of the Securities Law Committee of the Society of CorporateSecretaries & Governance Professionals, and she serves on the Young Professionals Board for JuniorAchievement of North Texas and as an officer for the Dean Foods Foundation. She received her B.A.from the University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
