Kevin G. Hroblak

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Kevin G. Hroblak</strong> is the office managing partner of Ice Miller LLP in Baltimore and a member of the firm’s Litigation and Bankruptcy practice groups. He has more than 25 years of experience advising clients on a broad array of business litigation and governance matters. Mr. Hroblak is admitted to practice in New York, Washington, D.C., and Maryland, and his experience extends across a broad array of business litigation and bankruptcy matters, including representing companies, individuals, creditors, trustees, special committees, and independent fiduciaries in connection with investigations and litigation. The investigations and litigation matters include claims involving director and officer liability, mismanagement and business fraud, government investigations, and other business-related claims. Mr. Hroblak also represents directors, officers, independent fiduciaries, and other professionals in claim investigations and in the defense of corporate governance and professional liability claims, as well as evaluations and disputes involving professional liability insurance. In addition, he handles financial restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation. Mr. Hroblak has tried cases in state and federal courts and arbitrations across the country, and has authored articles and participated on numerous panels relating to director and officer liability and litigation trial skills. He received his B.S. in 1995 from Salisbury State University and his J.D. in 1998 from the University of Baltimore.</p>
