Jayme T. Goldstein
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Jayme T. Goldstein</strong> is a partner in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings LLP in New York and co-chairs its Financial Restructuring Group. He previously led the Restructuring Business Unit of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Mr. Goldstein’s clients include hedge funds, private-equity firms, asset managers, banks, companies and investors. He has experience representing ad hoc groups, debtors, asset-purchasers and other key stakeholders in chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court workouts, financings, liability-management exercises, litigation, and distressed mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of industries. Mr. Goldstein has been recognized as one of the country’s top restructuring lawyers by <em>Chambers Global</em>, <em>Chambers USA</em>, <em>The Legal 500</em>, <em>IFLR1000</em>, <em>Benchmark Litigation</em> and the <em>New York Law Journal</em>. He also has been named by <em>Turnarounds & Workouts</em> as one of its “Outstanding Restructuring Lawyers” four times and one of its “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers” three times. Mr. Goldstein received his B.A. <em>magna cum laude</em> and Phi Beta Kappa from Brown University in 1999 and his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2002, where he was associate editor of the <em>Cornell Law Review</em>.</p>
