Jason Zakia

Jason N. Zakia is a partner in the Chicago office of White & Case LLP in the firm’s CommercialLitigation practice. An experienced trial lawyer, he has represented clients in state courts, federal courts, and before arbitration panels across the country. Mr. Zakia’s practice focuses on high-stakes, complex business disputes for corporations and their shareholders, officers and directors. He was recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Litigation – Bankruptcy in 2020 and and as a Flor-ida Legal Elite (Commercial Litigation) in Florida Trend in 2017. Mr. Zakia is admitted to practice in Illinois and Florida, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First, Second,Third, Fourth and Eleventh Circuits. He received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
