Ivelina Green

Ivelina Green is the founder and CIO of Pearlstone Alternative, a London-based credit asset-manager focused on special situations and distressed investing. Prior to launching Pearlstone, she was a partner at CQS, where she headed its Global Special Situations Group. In this capacity, Ms. Green was a senior portfolio manager and built a global team of dedicated special-situations analysts based in London, NewYork and Hong Kong. Prior to CQS, she was a head of European Distressed Trading and Investing atGoldman Sachs in London. She started her career at Goldman Sachs in 2004 in New York. Ms. Green has been actively involved in various female leadership and mentoring initiatives seeking to promote women in finance, including throughout her career at Goldman Sachs and later at CQS. She was named to the Hedge Fund Journal’s Leading Women in Hedge Funds in 2018, and she was recently named to its Global Report of Leading Portfolio Managers for 2021. Ms. Green received her Bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in economics from Brandeis University in 2004.
