Helen Ennis
Helen Ennis is vice president of Restructuring at Kroll in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, and has more than 18 years of experience in the asset-management industry. She has been based in the Cayman Islands since January 2009, working on all aspects of insolvency and restructuring engagements on behalf of lenders, company management, creditors and shareholders. Ms. Ennis has experience undertaking the management of complex, multi-jurisdictional, contentious and noncontentious matters, including voluntary and court-appointed liquidations and restructurings. She has worked on large-scale litigation and forensic investigations, audit negligence claims and asset-tracing engagements, and she has completed the realization of large portfolios of illiquid and distressed assets. Prior to relocating to the Cayman Islands, Ms. Ennis worked in Dublin and London advising on stock-exchange listings, hedge fund structuring and regulatory compliance. She is a member of INSOL and received her Bachelor of Arts (Mod) in business and economics with honors from Trinity College Dublin, as well as her Diploma in Applied Finance Law and Project Management.
