Gailyn Wink

Gigi Wink is a co-founder of Wink & Wink, P.C. in Broomfield, Colo., and handles personal and small business chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies. She focuses on adversary proceedings and other bankruptcy litigation, and is an experienced and accomplished litigator, with trial experience in county as well as district courts. Prior to practicing bankruptcy law, Ms. Wink worked for the Colorado Public Defender’sOffice, where she won a majority of her trials and was recognized for her skills in and out of the court-room: She was the first Colorado Public Defender to be named Outstanding Young Lawyer by the FirstJudicial Bar Association. Ms. Wink received her B.A. in political science and journalism from the University of Southern California in 1987 and her J.D. in 1999 from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
