Fabienne Beuzit
Fabienne Beuzit is a partner with Jones Day in Paris, where her practice focuses on bankruptcy proceedings, in-court and out-of-court restructurings, and distressed M&A matters. She has represented debtors, lenders, shareholders and investors in numerous restructuring situations in France and internationally. Ms. Beuzit has advised on significant leveraged buyout (LBO) debt-restructuring cases, represented parties in prepackaged chapter 11 cases, and has served as investors’ counsel<br>on a broad range of asset deals. She is a member of INSOL and the Association pour le Retournement de l’Entreprise (French Turnaround Association). Ms. Beuzit received her LL.M. from Cardiff University in 1999, her both her D.J.C.E. (Corporate Jurist Diploma) and Master’s in business law and taxation in 1998 from the University of Rennes.
