Erica Feynman Aisner
Erica Feynman Aisner is a partner with Kirby Aisner & Curley LLP in Scarsdale, N.Y., and has represented both corporate and individual clients in all types and on all sides of bankruptcy proceedings, related litigations and out-of-court financial workouts. Although her clients span numerous industries, she has developed specialized expertise in distressed real estate and its protection, restructure and disposition. In her real estate and corporate practice, Ms. Aisner has represented clients in asset and real estate purchases and sales, financings and changes in equity. She also serves as general counsel to a civil construction company, where she serves on its executive board and provides counsel on regulatory, compliance, litigation and operational issues. In addition to taking on pro bono representations through local legal services, Ms. Aisner currently serves on the board of directors for Volunteer NY!, a nonprofit organization in Tarrytown, N.Y. She received her B.A. in 1999 from State University of New York at Albany and her J.D. in 2002 from Hofstra University School of Law.
