Elizabeth Cocat German

Elizabeth German is the lead attorney for the Robinson & Henry, P.C.’s Bankruptcy and Debt Problems practice in Castle Rock, Colo. She has extensive knowledge and experience regarding consumer rights protection in the areas of credit repair, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violations and foreclosure defense. Ms. German has litigated matters in federal and state court, and has reached successful outcomes in multiple adversary cases within the bankruptcy court protecting the rights of debtors against their creditors. She received her B.A. from Indiana University Bloomington and her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago John Marshall Law School.
