Edward J. McNeilly

Edward J. McNeilly is a senior associate in Hogan Lovells US LLP’s Business Restructuring and Insolvency Group in Los Angeles. Having started his professional career in London, he has experience rep-resenting clients in complex U.S., U.K. and cross-border restructuring matters. Mr. McNeilly regularly represents creditors’ committees and post-confirmation trustees in chapter 11 cases, and also regularly represents lenders and other creditors in both bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court restructurings and financing matters. He is a member of the California and Washington State bars and an English solicitor. Mr. McNeilly received his undergraduate degree in French and history from the University of St.Andrews in 2006, his M.Phil. and Ph.D. in history from the University of Cambridge in 2007 and 2011respectively, and his Graduate Diploma in Law (2011) and Legal Practice Course (2012) from BPP LawSchool in London.
