Duncan S. Bourne

Duncan S. Bourne, CTP, CIRA is a managing director with Wynnchurch Capital, LLC in Chicago and has been with Wynnchurch since 2003. He brought more than 22 years of consulting and operational experience to the firm, including stints as senior manager with Ernst & Young, senior associate with AlixPartners and partner with BDO Seidman LLP. Mr. Bourne began his career withBP Amoco as a chemical engineer. He has more than 35 years of experience in turnarounds, financial restructurings, operational performance improvement and investing in special situations/ Mr.Bourne received his B.S. in chemical engineering from Northwestern University and his M.B.A.from the University of Chicago.
