Dennis N. Brager is the founder of Brager Tax Law Group in Los Angeles and is a nationally recognized California State Bar Certified Tax Specialist and former senior tax attorney for theIRS’s Office of Chief Counsel. In addition to representing the IRS in court, he advised the IRS on complex civil and criminal tax issues. Mr. Brager is frequently quoted in national publications and has been consulted as a tax expert by Business Week, Accounting Today, the Daily Journal, theNational Law Journal, The Daily Beast, USA Today, Palm Beach Daily News, Money Laundering and Tax Analyst. Mr. Brager received his B.B.A.magna cum laude in 1975 in accounting/finance from Pace University and his J.D. from New YorkUniversity in 1978.
