David A. Warfield

David A. Warfield is a partner in Financial Restructuring Practice Group of Thompson Coburn LLP in St. Louis, Mo. He represents clients in connection with financial restructurings, asset liquidations, out-of-court workouts and bankruptcy cases. Mr. Warfield is a Fellow in the AmericanCollege of Bankruptcy and is currently the Eighth Circuit Regent on the American College ofBankruptcy’s Board of Regents. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America every year since1993, which in 2015 named him Lawyer of the Year for Litigation-Bankruptcy in St. Louis. Mr.Warfield received his J.D. from Washington University Law School in St. Louis in 1984.
