David McIntyre Rich

David M. Rich is an experienced business attorney with the Buechler Law Office working primarily with small businesses and entrepreneurs.  He represents both debtors and creditors in workouts, restructuring, and bankruptcy, as well as general creditor and creditor committee representation.  Dave’s corporate legal experience includes being Assistant General Counsel to Navigant International, Inc., the second largest travel management company in the U.S. before it was sold in 2006.  In his earlier career, Dave was a law clerk for the Honorable Sidney B. Brooks of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.<br><br>In addition to Dave’s academic and legal background in business, he has practical experience from having owned several businesses himself including a retail scuba diving store, a private social club, and a medical device company.  He has an extensive teaching background which includes teaching business law at a local college, basic bankruptcy law and procedures, and legal issues affecting business owners through a local small business development center.  Dave serves on several civic, community, and educational boards, and is a member of several legal and bankruptcy related associations.<br>
