David M. Cook

David M. Cook is a sole practitioner in consumer bankruptcy law with David M Cook, PC in Salt Lake<br>City. He has practiced for more than 20 years and in more than 3,000 cases. Mr. Cook is admitted to the Utah Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court of Utah, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S.Supreme Court, and he is a member of the Utah Bar Association, Utah Bankruptcy Lawyers Forum, ABI, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees. He received his B.A. in organizational communications in 1991 from the University of Utah and his J.D. from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 1994, where he served as president of the Student Bar Association.
