Danielle S. Kemp
Danielle S. Kemp is a shareholder with Greenberg Traurig, LLP in Tampa, Fla., where she focuses her practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. She has extensive bankruptcy experience, represent- ing debtors, trustees and creditors in chapter 11 bankruptcy matters, and litigating numerous bankruptcy claims, adversary proceedings and preference actions. She also has experience in a wide range of civil litigation matters. Ms. Kemp has represented clients at the trial and appellate levels in commercial lease disputes, commercial loan disputes and foreclosures, garnishments, business tort litigation and qui tam cases. In addition, she is experienced in taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing impor- tant dispositive motions, negotiating settlement agreements, and generally handling all facets of a wide array of commercial cases in state and federal court. Ms. Kemp is a member of the Florida, Illinois and Hillsborough County Bar Associations. She received her B.A.E. with honors in education from the Uni- versity of Florida in 1994, her M.Ed. in 1995 from the University of Florida and her J.D. with honors from the University of Chicago Law School in 2000.
