Dan Nanson

Dan Nanson, CPA, AMCT is the Chief Executive Officer and founding partner of Fair Capital Partners, Inc. in Vancouver. He previously was the former head of Portfolio Management for MUFG BankCanada, covering various industries across the country. In 2018, Mr. Nanson left his position to found Cliveden Advisory Group (CAG), where he advised global corporates on debt capital-raises and treasury services. Prior to becoming head PM at MUFG, he was on the business-development side of the business as the head of Canadian Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities and Diversified Western Canada. He also worked in Treasury at Centrica plc and was a board member of its largest DB pension board, where he served as the lead of its Valuation Subcommittee. For his CPA (CA), he articled at Price Waterhouse Coopers.Mr. Nanson received his B.A. (Hons.) from the University of British Columbia and his CPA and AMCT designations from U.K.-based Association of Corporate Treasurers.
