Christian Paul Jensen

Christian is a partner in Sullivan & Cromwell's General Practice Group, focusing on finance and restructuring. His practice includes representation of debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructuring transactions, as well as leveraged, acquisition and distressed financings, private credit and liability management transactions. He received his B.A. in 2009 from Haverford College, his M.B.A. in 2015 from Columbia University and his J.D. in 2015 from Columbia Law School.
