Brenton Gragg
Brenton L. Gragg is an associate with Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor P.C. in Denver, where he represents trustees, debtors and creditors in all aspects of chapters 7 and 11. He practices both<br>transactional law and litigation, and he negotiates residential and commercial leases, purchase and<br>sale agreements, employment and severance agreements, and mechanic’s liens and assignments. In addition, Mr. Gragg assists clients with corporate structuring and formation, documenting loans and<br>private securities transactions. He frequently works with start-ups and marijuana companies as they<br>navigate the legal landscape. Mr. Gragg’s litigation practice ranges from tenant evictions in county<br>court to appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He represents clients in individual<br>actions, class actions, contentious business breakups, bankruptcy proceedings and arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, and he litigates mechanic’s liens in state court foreclosure actions and bankruptcy proceedings. Prior to entering law school, he worked as a recovery agent for a collections agency. Mr. Gragg received his B.A. in economics summa cum laude from Azusa Pacific<br>University and his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, where he won Best Draft<br>and Best Oral Argument awards in transactional and moot court competitions.
