Brenna is Special Counsel with Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP in Wilmington, Delaware. Her practice focuses on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and commercial transactions. Clients rely on her problem-solving abilities, efficient approach, and experience to accomplish their objectives.  She regularly represents debtors, creditors’ committees, secured lenders, indenture trustees, and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy court proceedings. Her practice primarily concentrates on representations in chapter 11 cases. Brenna served on the Litigation Round-Up Panel during the 2023 ABI NYC Views from the Bench Conference, where she discussed recent Professional Retention topics. She acted as a facilitator for the Valuing the Difficult Asset Panel hosted as part of the ABI Delaware Views from the Bench Conference in 2022 and served on the Involuntary Bankruptcy Cases Panel during the 2022 ABI Mid-Atlantic Conference.
