Brandon J.B. Boulware

Brandon J.B. Boulware is a sole practitioner with Boulware Law in Kansas City, Mo., which he formed in 2018. Mr. Boulware received his B.A. in 1999from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his J.D. magna cum laude in 2002 from AmericanUniversity, where he was notes and comments editor for the International Law Review.
