Aroen Kuitenbrouwer

Aroen Kuitenbrouwer is a partner with Allen & Overy LLP in Amsterdam and specializes in domestic and international lending and structured finance. He has worked on numerous investment-grade and leveraged-finance transactions. His areas of expertise are leveraged finance, general lending, restructuring, export credit finance, asset-backed lending and real estate finance. Mr. Kuitenbrouwer was seconded to ABN AMRO Bank’s structured finance department in 2007. He graduated from the University ofUtrecht in 2003 and studied at Cambridge University, Christ’s College, in England in 2001.
