Anthony J. Kochis

Anthony J. Kochis is a member of Wolfson Bolton PLLC in Troy, Mich., where his practice primarily focuses on bankruptcy and insolvency. He represents a wide range of parties in chapter 11 and 7cases, including debtors, creditor committees, secured creditors and bankruptcy trustees. Mr. Kochis isa member of ABI and the Turnaround Management Association, and he is an ex-officio board member of Access to Bankruptcy Court and a member of the State Bar of Michigan – Litigation Section Govern-ing Council. In addition, he has been named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” from 2010-19. Mr. Kochis received his B.A. from the University of Michigan at Dearborn with high distinction and his J.D. magna cum laude from Wayne State University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of theCoif.
