Andrea Metz

Andrea Metz is a partner at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft in Frankfurt, Germany, and has more than 20 years of experience in national and international corporate and restructuring/insolvency law. She is also head of Luther’s French Desk and is very familiar with the French market. Ms. Metz has been involved in numerous M&A transactions, many of them in the distressed sector, and provides advice to investors, management and shareholders of companies, creditors and insolvency administrators on a regular basis. She is a speaker and moderator at many national and international conferences. From1999-2000, she worked at the New York office of Luther’s associated law firm, Donahue & Partners.Ms. Metz studied law in Mainz and Dijon, France from 1987-92 and completed her LL.M. at the LondonSchool of Economics before joining musical production company Stella AG in Hamburg, where she was legal counsel responsible for corporate law, M&A and intellectual property.
