Adam B. Keil

Adam B. Keil is a managing director at Moelis & Company in New York, where he specializes in recapitalization and restructuring advisory. He has experience advising debtors, creditors and equity holders on a wide variety of restructuring transactions across a broad range of industries, including technology, media, telecommunications, real estate, retail and general industrials. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Keil spent almost eight years in the Recapitalization and Restructuring Group at Jefferies &Company. He began his career as a summer analyst at BlackRock from 1997-99. Mr. Keil received hisB.S. in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurial management.
